8 Stars for Jo and Abbie, these gals were very welcoming and impressive as they helped from the start as we walked in. Not only having friendly faces Jo went out of her way to check inventory in the back while Abbie was very attentive and kind. Kudos to these ladies it really goes a long way.

Went in to purchase some business casual attire. Kaytlyn made me feel valued and cared for as a customer she went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I will definitely comeback due to this experience!

I didnt know what I was headed in to accomplish but the ladies here were very helpful!!! Wifes pants had a flaw. They got her some new pants = Husband did good. Thanks ladies!!!

Amazing customer service. I was in a rush the day I went in. I received amazing customer service. I can't wait to go in again when I have time to really shop. The staff was so helpful. Pulled my sizes for me and even suggested some beautiful options

This is to recognize store manager Jennie and staff Tyra, Kathy, Morgan, Courtney, & Sara at Maurice's Fort Worth/Alliance store. The first time I was at the Porter Creek Alliance location, I was exchanging something bought in a Little Rock, AR, Maurices, which was my first experience with this brand. I asked Manager Jennie and Tyra, and they gave me honest opinions about what I chose for style and size. They were genuine! Since then, I have become a regular. Jennie is incredible, always calm and helpful. I needed to rebuild my wardrobe after my husband’s chronic illness and my weight loss during 2024-25. The selections, fabrics, and prices are outstanding. Maurices has numerous sales, especially BOGO 50% off. I’m a big fan of online clearance sales because of the prices and free shipping to the store. All staff are helpful and offer honest opinions about what I choose for style and size. They offer but do not force suggestions. I had never had my clothing store until Maurice’s. I’m in my early 70s. I feared Maurice’s was for young women. Oh no! There are styles for everyone. I am a regular. The selections, fabrics, and prices are outstanding. Maurice has numerous sales, especially BOGO 50% off. I’m a big fan of online clearance sales. If I left out some names I can’t remember, I apologize because they have all been great.

I just have to give a HUGE shout-out to Katelyn at Maurices for absolutely exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. She wasn’t just “doing her job” she went above and beyond to help connect with me find to be sure to help find exactly what I needed and made the whole experience fun. Katelyn has that rare mix of professionalism and top notch customer service (a rarity these days) that makes you want to come back to shop with her in the future. Her ideas are fresh fun and creative! If you’re shopping at Maurices, do yourself a favor and ask for Katelyn, she’s a total gem! 💎

A wide array of sizes and a fine well-designed outfits and accessories. I purchased a black belt and a pair of pants for a relatively low price. The sale person was eager to help and friendly. We had a nice conversation.

My experience with Customer Service (not the physical store) the 4 times I had to call for my online order was not good - primarily because they don't speak English. I ended up going to the store to get my order. The store manager is Amazing as is Jenny! What fun, friendly, helpful ladies. They made my trip to the store worthwhile! Thank you ladies! ~ I'm the one that dealt with 'Paul' 🤦‍♀️.

Well ... the review from Patty says it ALL!! Kaitlyn is definitely an incredible asset to the team. I usually hate shopping for jeans because the fit is just a challenge. Until I looked in Google maps, I had never heard of Maurice's, so although I didn't know what to expect, I went anyways. I am so glad I did. My experience was stellar. I felt valued as Kaitlyn greeted me with a friendly smile, listened to my concerns, cheered every reasonable selection and guided me to the final purchase with the utmost care and attentiveness. Definitely a rarity in today's retail spaces. I found the perfect jeans... Awesome fit, soft material and an excellent price. Only bad thing, which I hope will be resolved very soon, is that I got the last pair of perfect jeans in store (and even online). Please restock so I can buy more. I want to replace all my existing, poorly fitting, jeans with the perfect ones from Maurice's. When it comes to jeans, they've got it in their genes!! 😀
